Shipping & Handling
Dahlias will be shipped April 1st to April15th, unless requested earlier. No pripor shipment before Febuary 20th. Early shipments will absolutely will be at buyers own Risk. Refunds and replacements will not be made on early shipments. Dahlias are a perishable, therefore once planted there are no Refunds or Replacements. Please do not ask!!
Postage is a $15.95 Handling fee.
Guarantee
All roots sold are guaranteed to be true to name, healthy and in good growing condition. If not satisfied, please contact us immeditately. Tubers must be returned to receive credit or replacements. We will not be responsible for orders shipped prior to April 1st or after tubers are planted, due to weather conditions and personal care of tubers. There is a 90 day warranty on tubers shipped after April 1st, tubers need to be returned for my inspection.
